Types of crane hoists

Suspended overhead crane

Among the various crane models available on the market, the suspended crane is one of the most used. Its beam passes at the bottom of the rolling rails. These are supported by the pillars of the building itself or by columns specially designed for the support.

Swivel arm for hoist

In the case of the bridge with swivel arm for carving, when it is not fixed to the wall, it allows 360 degrees of rotation and is, therefore, more indicated to those who have a production layout that demands this type of flexibility. However, as the movement is wider, the maintenance of the crane can be greater.

Swivel Wall Arm

The rotating wall arm can be manual or motorized, the latter obviously has as its practical convenience. However, the manufacture of the motorized rotating arm may exhibit a higher price due to the complexity of this crane design, unlike the manual model.

Rolling gantry

There are several types of rolling gates, among them the movable gantry, the motorized double girder gantry and the single beam motorized gantry. This crane model is widely used when it is necessary to cover the whole area of the nave, unlike the semi gantry.

Rolling Semi gantry

In the case of the rolling semi gantry, one arm runs on rails fixed to the floor and the other in tilhos fixed in the ship. Double girder bridge

The double girder overhead crane has a more robust structure, through which it is possible to optimize the weight of the load by spreading it over the entire length of the crane. Typically, this type of roll bridge is indicated where greater handling stability is required which requires skill at more considerable heights.

Unibeam crane

In the single beam crane, three types of the main beam can be used, which vary according to load capacity and spacing demanded by the customer:

• laminated profile
• welded profile
• profile in the form of a coffin

Carving in monorail

As the name says, the carving in monorail moves in a predetermined course in the industry that adopts it. This path traced by the monorail crane can be straight or curvilinear, being called straight monorail or short monorail, respectively, depending on the crane design demanded.
